Project Overview:
This project covers an area of 55,177 m2, with a building area of 32,537.9 m2.
1. Two new production workshops (a compound agent workshop and an alkylbenzene sulfonic acid workshop) will be constructed on the newly acquired land of Jinzhou Mingyue Technology Co., Ltd., with a total building area of 9,684 square meters. The compound agent workshop and alkylbenzene sulfonic acid workshop will have a total of 5 production lines for phenolates, alkylbenzenes, alkylbenzene sulfonic acids, sulfonates, and compound agents, as well as supporting facilities such as a sodium hydrosulfide production line, a filter residue recovery system (to recover a small amount of product from the filter residue), a wastewater treatment plant, and a hazardous waste storage room.
2. Since the filter residue contains a small amount of product, direct disposal as hazardous waste would result in product waste. Therefore, the existing production process will be modified to include the construction of a filter residue recovery system (to recover the small amount of product from the filter residue).
