To eliminate fire hazards and strengthen the company's safety defenses, Jinzhou Mingyue Technology Co., Ltd. organized the "2023 Annual Fire Emergency Drill" to effectively improve the fire safety awareness of its employees, popularize fire safety knowledge, strengthen their self-rescue and self-protection capabilities and fire emergency response capabilities, and effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents.
Before the drill began, the shift leader and safety engineer explained the usage methods, precautions, and work assignments of the fire extinguishers, fire monitors, hoses, and other fire-fighting tools used in the drill. They clarified the responsibilities of the shift leaders and ensured that the evacuation work was carried out according to the principles of "safety first, ensuring order, unified command, and division of responsibilities."

The drill begins! The operator is cleaning the dry filter residue in the F1010 reactor when a fire suddenly starts from an open flame. The operator immediately reports to the shift supervisor and workshop director. The general commander then responds, activates the emergency plan, organizes personnel to set up a perimeter, and immediately takes measures such as cutting off pumps, shutting down machines, and closing valves to cut off the fire source. Dry powder fire extinguishers are then used to extinguish the fire.

Employees were evacuated immediately, and the fire emergency signal was activated. Upon hearing the signal, employees at each post, under the guidance of their shift supervisors, bent over and moved forward, quickly and orderly evacuating along the fire escape routes. Evacuation personnel promptly arrived at the designated location at the workshop entrance to guide the evacuation.

After reaching the safe area, the squad leader promptly counted the number of people on site.

After the drill, the production manager, deputy workshop director, safety engineer, and warehouse keeper summarized the exercise. They fully affirmed the results, commended the participating staff for their obedience to commands and swift action, and declared the drill a complete success. They also emphasized the importance of firmly establishing the awareness that "life is paramount, safety comes first, and hidden dangers are accidents," recognizing the importance of fire safety, ensuring the safety of employees' production and living environment, and contributing to the steady development of Mingyue Technology. Everyone expressed that this fire evacuation drill was very beneficial, as it familiarized them with escape routes and the use of fire-fighting equipment in the event of a safety accident.
